We live in the age of technology, the age of speed! And sometimes We feel like in a Marathon!

We run from problems, we are anxious and feel overwhelmed. We forget to be relaxed and enjoy the best things in life like the sunrise, the sky, the wind, the sound of the birds, the silence, the people around us, the sunset and even the rain. We need a break from everyone, including us. We look for peace in different places and we never realize that we must first look within ourselves and solve our problems and eventually we will be able to find peace within and without.

Of course, ideally it would be as easy as it sounds, but it is not. We must believe, learn how and apply. The hardest step is the first, and the easiest is to give up. We may feel sad, hurt, and people may discourage us, but it is crucial to never give up. We need to start with small steps like waking up earlier, reading 30 minutes a day, exercising for 30 minutes, trying something new, smiling at strangers, doing something we have never done before or we haven't done it for a long time.

Other tips are to spend more time with yourself, talk to yourself, listen to yourself and believe in yourself. At some point, every person has doubted himself, including Einstein, but he never gave up.

If you don't feel in the mood and you can't delegate your work, you have to do it anyway, that's what makes the difference between winners and losers.

Write down your to-do list and start with the hardest thing, the next one will be easier and you will be more confident. Now is the time, listen to your deepest voice and start over and over again, 1000 times if necessary.
